PACKET PICK-UP, CHECK-IN & RACE DAY SCHEDULE
Day 1 - Race Packet Pick-up & Check-in
Date - Friday, 16 April 2027
Time - 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Packet Pick-up & Business Expo & Static Display
Location - Arden Hills Training Site (AHATS), 4800 Hamline Avenue N, Arden Hills, MN 55112
A photo ID is required to pick up your race packet. If picking up a race packet for another runner, you must have a photocopy of the runner's photo ID. Cell phone image works too. One individual can pick up multiple packets.

Packet Pick-up will be on Friday, 16 April 2027.
Please email adejesus@umn.edu if you cannot pick up your race packet until race day.

Race is held rain or shine. No refunds.

Day 2 - Race Day & Sponsor Business Expo - Music and food will be available for purchase by a local food truck vendor.

Time - 8:35 am - Opening Remarks by AUSA Vessey Chapter President
Time - 8:45 am - Event Briefing by Event OIC
Time - 9:00 am - UTC - 30K Foot March & Trail Run Start
Time - 9:30 am - UTC - 5K Foot March & Trail Run Start
Time - 12:00 pm - Awards Presentation (30K & 5K Trail Run Only) - Awards presented by AUSA Vessey Chapter President
Time - 2:00 pm - Awards Presentation (30K Foot March Top Finishers Only) - Awards presented by AUSA Vessey Chapter President
**Note - The Norwegian Foot March Badge will be presented individually immediately after completion of the race. The certificate and orders will be mailed within 30 days.
